Asphalt/Concrete Sealing |
Seal coating an asphalt or concrete driveway, sidewalks or patios will not only make it look better, it will actually make it last longer. Sealing shields asphalt or concrete from the sun and ultraviolet rays, which deteriorate the binder and expose the aggregate. Seal coating also prevents extreme thawing and freezing water from getting into the paving and causing it to crumble. Gibson Brothers Construction, Inc. uses only premium quality sealers. Existing cracks and potholes in asphalt can be fixed before sealer is added. Concrete that has become an eyesore can be restored by applying a sealer that comes in various colors. Asphalt sealer can be applied by hand or by spray application. Spray application can be more cost effective and can cut down on the drying time. |
